Last Wednesday evening I was invited to attend a tasting at Olive Events & Catering. Olive holds this event twice a year to give a sampling of their favorites to prospective clients... and wedding bloggers (like me!). I know, my job can be so difficult sometimes!

This is the second event I've attended in the same week that featured Sangria - at trend of which I won't soon tire!
The other featured cocktail was a Pineapple Mojito, a delightful concoction of rum infused with fresh pineapple then mixed with mint, Perrier and sugar. Refreshing.
I love a good, seasonal recipe. This crab cake was updated for summer with the addition of coconut. The result was a delicious, classic crab cake with the slightest hint of sweet coconut. Genius.
